Good Habits began in 2025 as a six-week challenge-style Pilates program created by Cat. What started as a short-term commitment quickly grew into something more - a space people genuinely looked forward to showing up to each week.

After teaching Pilates in both Australia and Amsterdam for over three years, Cat recognised a gap in the local fitness scene — a need for a supportive, inclusive, and community-driven studio where people could move, connect, and feel at ease.

Today, Good Habits continues to grow as a welcoming home for locals, expats, and anyone looking to build strength and connection. It’s not just about improving your fitness - it’s about finding a sense of belonging in a new city, sharing a laugh after class, and turning good intentions into sustainable routines.
