Our Difference

What makes Good Habits different?

At Good Habits, we believe movement should feel good - not forced. That’s why we’ve created a space where fitness becomes something you genuinely look forward to.

Our small, community-focused classes are designed to help you feel supported, not intimidated. With a maximum of 15 people per session, there’s space to move at your own pace, ask questions, and connect with others on a similar journey.

We blend Pilates and strength in a way that’s approachable, energising, and fun. No shouting instructors. No pressure to perform. Just thoughtful, guided movement that helps you feel stronger, more confident, and proud of your progress. We know that building habits takes time, so we focus on consistency and support - because when you feel good in your body, you feel good in life. And that’s worth building on.

  • "Thank you Cat the challenge has been wonderful! I especially like the earlier class times and variety of class types during the week :)"

  • "I absolutely love good habits! Loving the community aspect and how enjoyable classes are."

  • "Super grateful for this 6 week challenge! Cat you did an amazing job. Super organised, fun and challenging classes. I also appreciate you not being too restrictive if people are a couple mins late to class. This added to your welcoming vibe. I feel much stronger than before and it’s been a great kick-start to get back into Pilates. Would love to join again. I’m definitely a mat-Pilates convert!"

  • "I’ve really enjoyed the classes and variety on offer. Super happy to hear Good Habits is continuing :)"
