  • Good Habits is a Pilates and strength studio focused on community, helping you build better fitness habits and feel-good while doing so!

  • Anyone and everyone. It’s for those of all levels looking to build strength, improve flexibility, and create a consistent fitness routine.

  • Bosboom Toussaintstraat 62 (Oud-West). Right next to Ted’s (you can find us via Google Maps).

  • 7:00 AM Wednesdays and 10:00AM Sundays. More sessions will be added based on demand.

  • There are limited spots available in each session and each class will only cater for up to 15 people. Online bookings for each session can be made through the Momence app or through ClassPass.

  • Each 50-minute session combines Pilates and strength training, focusing on areas like core, booty, and overall strength.

  • We provide all the equipment! Just bring yourself, water, socks, and a towel if you’d like.

  • We understand that life can be unpredictable and after some weeknight wines, you may need to cancel your session. We impose a small cancellation fee of €5 for cancellations made later than 8 hours before the class. We also kindly ask you to cancel as soon as possible so someone else can take your place in that session.
